I agree this song is on american culture coming into Britain, but it also refers to a lot of the way people in the UK live out their lives. "Morning soup" is refering to the polluted smog around London, and the line "John's got brewers droop he gets intimidated by the pigeons they love a bit of it" is probly about a drunk who's still drunk in the morning waking up to find pigeons pecking at him for food, sounds funny but they do love a bit of it! The song sounds to me like a piss-take reflection on how average Joe Bloggs lives out his life in central cockney London
