I've heard multiple theories on this song. Some think that the character has amnesia, but I stick to the idea that he's gone insane.
Also, what IS Kyo's obsession with 'room 304'? There's this song, and multiple poems he's written with it in the title. I was thinking maybe there was a meaning in the numbers.. I tried to do a little analyzing of it, but I honestly don't know enough Japanese to come to an explanation. Anyone else care to shed a little light on it..?
maybe this can help.
these are the english words to
304, Goushitsu, Haha to sakura: (shita to yoru has the same exact words.)

304, Goushitsu, Haha to sakura: (shita to yoru has the same exact words.)
Say the last good bye to The Feelings that Begun sinking
Crying, not being able to hear Son's voice Even buzzing in the ears
Say the last good bye to The Feelings that Begun sinking
Crying, not being able to hear Son's voice Even buzzing in the ears
Getting angry at the Scar Branded on the eyes.
Crying, not being able to smile anymore, the Son closed his eyes.
Getting angry at the Scar Branded on the eyes.
Crying, not being able to smile anymore, the Son closed his eyes.
The victim has no voice
The victim has no voice
Carried away from the ward The eyes will not open
Can you hear me? The love that never reaches
Carried away from the ward The eyes will not open
Can you hear me? The love that never reaches
The scar that can not bear is so deep Go fall cherry blossoms, Spring is too short.
You were smiling, until yesterday Lily by the window is withering up
Tomorrow will not come again, night of 16 year old
Whether you cry or smile Lily by the window is withering up
Tomorrow will not come again, night of 16 year old.
Holding the son who was cremated The dream which has become so different, is withering up
Being unable to bear Under the cherry blossoms Blooming at KAMO river
It will bloom more beautiful next year Bloom in much more full blossom
Being unable to bear night of 17 year old Blomming at KAMO river.
