i love this song so much, i couldnt choose my favorite song from their "long drive" album, but this is such a good way to end the cd. i love the build ups and the lyrics and how it just goes. the rest of the cd is about road trips and being alone, and then it ends floating in space. but i think the message is you can't escape lonliness. "shes the only rocketeer in the whole damn place, they gave her a mirror so she could talk to a face" favorite lines! brock is a fuckin genius. in my opinion, modest mouse took the pink floyd approach with developing a story within an album and i love it. but they do regularly develope themes within albums, as do many other artists. brilliant music.
