A white house is really just a mask, a fascade for a good life. Its not real. When she says she keeps her secrets in white houses, she means that she can pretend these things never happend.
i really like how you cut the song up and did that, but my take on the spinning empty bottles is that she drank (for the first time) and they might have played spin the bottle later...
