Apparently my mate's dad was mates with a few guys from the who, apparently it's about him....but I highly doubt that. I would not go near the sands on the Isle of Man...we have all Sellafield waste coming our way. Aaaaaanyway, I just love this song. I think it's quite depressing in a way, but also inspiring.
