After a break up, or a general agreement which refers the relationship be over and done with.. she's saying that how that she needs, him.. he's not around. Once things get rough, he runs away. Although bad things have happened, she was always there for him.. always willing to work things through. And still now, even though there's no reason for him to still love him.. she does.
