I can see how you could interpret this song in many ways. However, 'when the dogs begin to smell her' doesn't necessarily mean that she's dead and buried. Dogs could be understood as worthless men beginning to sniff around her, trying to get with her. And 'Will she smell alone?' could be thought of as will she be the only one that these men are after, or does she stand a chance of avoiding them. Dogs could also mean ruin. That when ruin finds her, will she just go down, or will he go down too. Just a thought or two about this song. It is such a great song I'd hate to think that it's about a rape victim. The only person that can truly tell us the meaing to this song, of course, is Scott Weiland.

a girl wo was raped and murdered. "When the dogs begin to smell her" (the body that was hidden after the crime) "Will she smell alone?" (will she be the only body or could be symbolic of being broken after being rapped and have that taken from her) "And I feel, so much depends on the weather " (corodes the body a and destroys evidence and hard to identify the victim)"And I see, that these are the eyes of disarray "(pretty simple ; once she is found you can see the disarray expression on her face...

you killed it with the second paragraph

i never thought of it like that... exiges interpretation is an interesting intake
