Yeah, this song (w/ all the lyrics) are exactly the way I feel about this girl, except the whole 'marks you left across my neck' thing.
To me, it's saying that there is always someone you want that you can't have. And while you're waiting to see if something will happen, you wish you could just say the things you've had on your mind to them. But for them, they can just easily shrug you off their shoulders if you say it. Anyone can relate to this, but for me...it's hitting a little too close to home.
