i think shes saying that although she doesn't like herself that much "drown drown myself.." she dislikes the people the song is about more....and that they will be punished when she is queen....also shes saying the other people they've hurt she will heal "patron saint of self injury patron saint of self-injury
the glitter sores will heal themselves I'll play the part of someone else" thats a really dark line for me....because shes saying she'll be some one else and it'll be ok...and i know what that feels like. brilliant song....i can relate alot...xxxxx
