I just think this some is about someone going through rough times. Where you feel like you have no one you can tell, because no one will understand... "feels sustained, dries her eyes, finds herself, opens the door and sighs, people see right through you, every one who knew you well, falls apart.." It basically feeling like no one understands your problems....think of it in regards to this quote...."My problems are mine and I am the only man alive who can sustain them"...the concept of being misunderstood.
