yeah a great song, but a classic example of a rock band making a deliberately over the top video and song! I think they meant it as a piss-take but ended up actually gaining praise from it.

My onlyjust ex-boyfriend sent me this song in an email yesterday he said its the most relevant song to the way he feels right now as have many other people around the world since its release. Amazing ow the song can touch people and be so relevant to so many.That is talent and what music should be about.

its like candle in the wind by elton john its a great way to say living on the edge because now a days for some reason, love is living on the edge, i hope i soon have a strong relationship where it could rain, snow or a tornado can swing by and not one will be able to put out the candle. something strong that the november rain can't put out!!

even though this song is kinda old i heard it on the radio yesterday and i loved it! it really speaks the truth about how the loves in your life will come and go and how u may never find that one person youre supposed to spend the rest of your life with.

this must be everybody's favorite guns n' roses song. personally it aint my favorite... i like the song " Civil War ", its nots about not finding a true love, its about having a true love then hearts change and you and your tru love break up... its about a loss of true love...

does anyone know what slashes' real name is? or what the fuck he looks like now? he is like the whole fucking band. the sybol of the bones with the top hat and all is of him. slash is the fucking man. he is the fucking symbol of every fucking rocker out there. every man wants to be like slash! they should create a song " i want to be like slash " Slah is the fucking king. he's got the look, the attiude, and even the personality. axl is like second best, but all together, they make a great band!

njrockstarbandit--Slash split with GNR in like '94 or '95.
He upstarted Slash's Snakpit, and recently went on tour with AC/DC. From what i hear, he looks bout the same as ever.

yea i found out the 411 about him, he is having 1 kid in september. he was married 2 times, he is wating for axl rose to stop with the techno shit he is creating.(words from slash not me) his real name is saul. i know everything about him now, i looked it up on his website. i even know how to contact him. the website is snakepit.org

This is one of my fave songs of all time. I love it because, in my opinion, it compares lonliness to cold. It's like if this person decides not to love him, he'll be alone...in the "cold nevember rain"

Its about a man and a woman getting married and then the wife dying shortly after. This song symbolizes that nothing lasts forever and to treasure every moment because you never know when it will be your last.

This is a beautiful song only a rock group could have made. Rock groups have already prooved that they can make beautiful slow songs look at: Metallica: Nothing else matters or Led Zeppelin: Stairway to heaven

this song is a true beauty and got me into guns and roses, its a shame that axl drove the other members out especially slash coz he is my fav guitarist ever. i love the bit in the vid where slash is walking back down the altar just as axl is getting married, i completely know how that feels and it is like a knife and the solo is one of the greatest ever
