This song holds a special place in my own heart because when I really took the moment to sit down and listen to it, I was considering suicide at the time. The lyric that says "I'll reach out and take your hand" made me realize not only my faith in God, but the meaning that their music will always be a shoulder to lean on when I need it. Since then, I made a pact with myself that if I ever felt that way again, I would tough it out to shake their hands. I've now shaken hands with them five times.

i cant believe they were so young when they sang this.
i bought this cd when i was 9 years old. And i didnt even know that this song existed back then.
Now I'm 17 and i found the cd and listened to the whole thing again and i have to say that this song is the BEST on the album. It really does bring tears to my eyes. But at the same time, it is so soothing. It is unbelievable to think that they could do something at such a young age. Hanson are amazing.
p.s Penny and Me also rocks my socks.
