    General Comment:yea several band members are/were dope addicts.. the song's about withdrawal from heroin.. and the last bit is the decision they made to either kill themselves and kill the pain of life or to just go on numb the pain with heroin..
    ..and of course the rest of the song is just the pain of addiction
