Oh yeah, oh yeah
Imagine, I'm in love with you
It's easy because I know
I've imagined I'm in love with you
Many, many, many times before
It's not like me to pretend
But I'll get you in the end
Yes I will, I'll get you in the end
Oh yeah, oh yeah

I think about you night and day
I need you because it's true
When I think about you, I can say
I'm never, never, never, never blue
So I'm telling you, my friend
That I'll get you, I'll get you in the end
Yes I will, I'll get you in the end
Oh yeah, oh yeah

Well, there's going to be a time
Well, I'm going to be a time
So you might as well resign yourself to me, oh yeah
Imagine, I'm in love with you
It's easy because I know
I've imagined I'm in love with you
Many, many, many times before
It's not like me to pretend
But I'll get you in the end
Yes I will, I'll get you in the end
Oh yeah, oh yeah

General Comment:that right now we know how many dumb people in the world this is one of their best song. because this song goes beyond the meaning because of how smooth flowing and poetic it is. its magnify the meaning even more. " the disire for love genuine love" it's what makes us human.

General Comment:The lyrics actually go "Well there's gonna be a time, When I'm gonna change your mind" by the way. In the Past Masters version, Paul can be heard singing the right lyrics, while John sings "make you mine" instead of "change your mind". It is change your mind, because in the Anthology 1 version where they sing it live, they both sing "change your mind." But, both work in the song really. John was pretty infamous for not singing the right lyrics... he did a similar thing in "Slow Down" and again in "Hey Jude"
