I see the world through bloodshot eyes
Streets filled with blood from distant lies.
The dogs of war never compromise,
No real time for rearranging.

"Help me Jesus, Help me clean my wounds"
He said he cannot heal that kind.
Bleeding soul becomes a bitter mind.
He said it happens every time
lock and load,
lock and load,
That's how the story goes
In the Land of 1000 No's.
I'm all over you
In time my mind is changing.
lock and load.

Black on black gives me a heart attack
And the silence makes it deadly.
Some choose to kill with simple will.
I've seen them fall fast and steady.

"Help me Jesus, Help me clean my wounds"
He said he cannot heal that kind.
Bleeding soul becomes a bitter mind.
He said it happens every time
lock and load,
lock and load,
That's how the story goes
In the Land of 1000 No's.
I'm all over you
In time my mind is changing.

Twist of fate won't give me a break
And myself, I'm slow and tired.
I've got to rise with these bloodshot eyes
But I keep falling when I'm higher.

"Help me Jesus, Help me clean my wounds"
He said he cannot heal that kind.
Bleeding soul becomes a bitter mind.
He said it happens every time
lock and load,
lock and load,
That's how the story goes
In the Land of 1000 No's.
We are bleeding sins but our sins
Are always fading

lock and load,
lock and load.

General Comment:sounds to me like a song about a guy coming back from war trying to heal his wounds "in the head" and is contemplating suicide because no one can help him

General Comment:the wounds are insanity. god can't heal craziness. the song is about losing your religion.

General Comment:Hmm, I always thought of the "I see the world through bloodshot eyes" line as a reference to weed, and the rest of the song was just about how it skews your perspectives, and gives you insight

General Comment:Bleeding soul becomes a bitter mind. I interpret that meaning any sin committed. The kinds he can't heal are maybe the sins people don't feel guilty about and commit them over and over.

General Comment:Salivaltow "Obviously we don't need no fucking help" man you English is bad my friend. You don't need no help.

Its about war. the ''leis" is a sting of flowers that people wear.

"Bleeding soul becomes a bitter mind
He said it happens every time...
    Thats how the story goes
    In the land of a 1000 no,s"

War always turns people bitter over time.

General Comment:I dont like the Suicide theory, but thats just me. Buckshot is generally not used for suicide, but he follows up in the next verse with "I've got to rise with these bloodshot eyes." Showing that although he is tired and beaten he is determined to persevere through the hardship to try to clean his wounds and move forward.

General Comment:"dome" as in refrence to "head"

sound more along the lines of suicide...
all the outside forces/events in life making it unbearable for some.

Help me jesus help me clean my wounds
He said he cannot heal that kind
Buck shot through the dome makes a big
    Fucking mess,
He said it happens every time...
    Knock it down
Twist of fate wont give me a break,
& myself im slow and tired
Ive got to rise with these blood shot eyes
But i keep falling when im higher..
"help me jesus help me ........"
    Cannot heal

General Comment:this song is hard to interpretate and i think all of you have done a pretty good job so far with it.

that being said, i personally think the song is saying...
he sees the world as the messed up wreck it is. people killing and people dieing everywhere and all the time. his realization of what a hell hole this place is scars him and he asks jesus to please fix it and make it all stop. but he feels even jesus cant clean up this mess we call a world.

General Comment:First off I believe anyone can interpret any song any way they want to, there's nothing wrong with that, however I 100% agree with Ddadutta on what this song is generally about, Corrosion is far from being anit-religious.
