    My Interpretation:This song is about shooting up heroin.
    'Hey Jude, don't make it bad, take a sad song and make it better, remember to let her into your heart' being high makes songs sound better as well as when you shoot up your blood carries the heroin and is pumped by the heart
    'Remember to let it under your skin, then you can begin to make it better' shooting up heroin
    'The movement you need is on your shoulder' reference to a syringe where the injector is above the shoulder of the syringe
    'So let it out and let it in, hey Jude begin, you're waiting for someone to perform with' when shooting up they draw out some blood into the syringe and then inject it - most junkies share a needle
    'Anytime you feel the pain, Hey Jude refrain' getting high helps to escape the pain
