Lyrics for Hey Jude as interpreted by Ice

Hey Jude Lyrics
Hey Jude, don't make it bad
Take a sad song and make it better
Remember to let her into your heart,
Then you can start to make it better.

Hey Jude, don't be afraid
You were made to go out and get her
The minute you let her under your skin,
Then you begin to make it better

And anytime you feel the pain, hey Jude, refrain,
Don't carry the world upon your shoulders
For well you know that it's a fool who plays it cool
By making his world a little colder

Hey Jude, don't let me down
You have found her, now go and get her
Remember to let her into your heart,
Then you can start to make it better

So let it out and let it in, hey Jude, begin
You're waiting for someone to perform with
And don't you know that it's just you, hey Jude, you'll do
The movement you need is on your shoulder

Hey Jude, don't make it bad
Take a sad song and make it better
Remember to let her under your skin,
Then you'll begin to make it
Better better better better better better, (make it Jude) ooh

Na na na nananana, nananana, hey Jude... (Repeat X amount of times)

Yeah, yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah

Ju- Jude-y Jude-y Jude-y Jude-y Jude-y oow-wow

Oohoo my my my...

Jude Jude Jude Jude Joo...

Yeah yeah yeah

You know can make it so Jude, you're not gonna break it

Don't make it bad Jude

Take a sad song and make it better

Oh Jude, hey Jude, wooow

Ooo, Jude

Oo, oo, oo, oo

Oo, oo, oo-yeah

Ooo, ooo oo

Oo oo oo

Now Jude Jude Jude Jude Jude Jude, yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah

Oh nanananananana cause I wanna

Nananananananananananananana ow-wow

Yeah eh eh eh heh heh heh

Make it through

Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeeah

Aaahahahaha...

Good evening ladies and gentlemen my mymymymymymymymymymymymy myy

Paul wrote this song for John's son Julian. He was comforting Julian about something. Originally, the song was Hey Jules, but Paul changed it becuase he thought it was "a mouth full".

he was comforting julian about john and cinthia (john's wife at the time) divorcing. how cool would it be if paul mccartney wrote a song for you? wow...

i like this song, especially when paul starts freaking out and singing "HEY JUDE, JUDY JUDY JUDYYY!" at the end.

Actually, the song was changed twice from Hey Julian to Hey Jules to Hey Jude. It would have been one of the greatest honors to have the Beatles or just one of them write a song for you.

Paul always thought the line, "the movement you need is on your shoulder" was rather corny. The first time he played it for John he said "Don't worry, I'll change that line" and John replied "Don't, it's the best line in the song." Paul often refers to this song in interviews and says that this song, and line in particular reminds him of John.

Not even Beatle fans have been able to explain what Paul is saying...just keep hearing about comforting Julian Lennon and what a great song. Music is good, yes, but could the lyrics be a joke on us? 'go out & get her,' 'let her under your skin,' her, her , her.'Movement'--yeah, John liked that line. Sorry, I'm drug free.

John wrote this song for Julian when he was getting married to Yoko Ono. He's telling Julian he needs to let her into his heart--"Remember to let her into your heart, then you can start to make it better". At least that's what they told us when we did a Beatles concert at school.

HA HA I didn't mean that Julian was marrying Yoko Ono! Sorry, I even heard on the radio that John wrote it, I guess I was mistaken about that. Julian didn't accept Yoko as his step-mom right away, and John is telling him to let her into his heart.

The 6 minute version of the song is the best. The song was written towards Julian. Also I read that at the 3 minute mark of the song, you can hear John say a four letter word that is meant for Julian. I have tried my best to hear what it was but could not. But I think it is "love."

Ok well obviously I'm either not saying something right or somebody told me something that was incorrect in the first place. All I know is that I was told that Paul wrote the song for Julian but I was also told something about it being from John to Julian? Anyway I guess I'm just totally messed up about this whole thing...lol....sorry if I confused anyone... I'm glad at least you guys know what you're talking about!

I went to the Beatles 1 website and I listen to a 1 min. explantion by Paul. He wrote the song on a hour long drive to John's house to visit him and Julian. It was originally hey jules, but he changed it after talking to John and Yoko. It was an optimistic song sort of saying, 'Yes your parents got divorced but everything is all right.' Just wanted to share that, that's all.

PAUL WROTE THE SONG! and john thought it was about him, but obviously it was about julian. The only way to listen to it is the 6/7 minute one. I've never even heard another one, and I wouldn't want to

Just to add to what I had written before about the line "The movement you need is on your shoulder," here's a quote from Sir Paul himself:
“…and driving out there, (to John's and Yoko's) it might have been an hours drive and I started doing this ‘Hey Jules, don’t make it bad take a sad thing and make it better.’ You know, as optimistic, ‘Come on man, you know, it’s…your parents got a divorce, I know you’re not happy.’ Instead of Jules, I eventually changed it to Jude. I played it to John and Yoko. There was just one bit of the words which was ‘The movement you need is on your shoulder.’ And I’m playin’ it, and I just looked at John and said ‘I'll fix that, I'll fix that.’ He said, ‘What?’ I said, ‘Well, you know, the movement you need is on your shoulder. I-I-I’d used the word shoulder once and anyway, it’s just a stupid expression, it sounds like a parrot, you know, I'll change that.’ He said, ‘You won’t, you know.’ He said, ‘That’s the best line in the song, you know.’”
