Here comes the sun, doo, dun, doo, doo
Here comes the sun, and I say
It's all right

Little darling, it's been a long cold lonely winter
Little darling, it feels like years since it's been here

Here comes the sun, doo, dun, doo, doo
Here comes the sun, and I say
It's all right

Little darling, the smile's returning to the faces
Little darling, it seems like years since it's been here

Here comes the sun, doo, dun, doo, doo
Here comes the sun, and I say
It's all right

Sun, sun, sun, here it comes
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes

Little darling, I feel that ice is slowly melting
Little darling, it seems like years since it's been clear

Here comes the sun, doo, dun, doo, doo
Here comes the sun, and I say
It's all right

Here comes the sun, doo, dun, doo, doo
Here comes the sun
It's all right
It's all right

    Song Meaning

This song is mainly about the changes that occur within our life that block us from seeing the light of day. Here comes the Sun is really about welcoming the beauty of love. When George sings, "it's alright", he means it because once he has welcomed hope and warmth into his life...there are no worries! The truth is though, that it sometimes takes years of winter to make us realize we are surrounded by beauty. Well, I could go on and on forever.. But there's no fear to explain more. I know those "do do do do"s ring forever...
