SHUTUP. i love blink 182. they are probably, no, definetly, the best band in the world.

unlike stupid follower wannabe grunge bands like Slayer and Rancid, blink 182 is something they obviously arent: ORIGINAL. yeah, you might be able to relate them to some other bands, but they're not at ALL as similar as others.

they teach kids that it's okay to be yourself and it's okay to be funny and stupid.
but they also teach kids that, as much as they can be funny and stupid, they're incredibly intelligent, and they have something to say.
like tom's years of research on aliens and UFO's.
do you know how long it has taken him to get all the sponsors and ideas and information he has?



so before you say they're just a "stupid pop-punk copycat band", think a little. and research a little.

and just don't say it. you'll just end up being beaten to death.



anyways, this song is a really fun cover, and they did a very good job. (when blink 182 covers songs, it's not supposed to be SERIOUS. so...this one's perfect.)

My personal opinion on the song is that, Generation X did the best "Dancin with myself" (the original before Billy Idol took it and enhanced his vocals on the recording). Blink 182's cover is a sad, horrible, terrible thing that should not have been done. Dancin with myself is Billy Idol's main song (well except for Rebel Yell and White Wedding, both are excellent, true disco/punk). Blink 182 seemed off on this cover.

What's xurfavouriteweaponx smoking? Tom sounds as much like Milo as Kurt Cobain sounded like Britney Spears.

This song makes me dance...and the high note is just great! the Billy Idol version is not near as good as the cover, well, in my opinion @ least. and its kinda obvious its about masturbation...specially @ the end when Mark mentions circumcision...
