Lyrics for Communication Breakdown as interpreted by kevin

Communication Breakdown Lyrics
Hey, girl, stop what you're doin'!
Hey, girl, you'll drive me to ruin.
I don't know what it is that I like about you, but I like it a lot.
Won't let me hold you, Let me feel your lovin' charms.

*Communication Breakdown, It's always the same,
I'm having a nervous breakdown, Drive me insane!

Hey, girl, I got something I think you ought to know.
Hey, babe, I wanna tell you that I love you so.
I wanna hold you in my arms, yeah!
I'm never gonna let you go,'Cause I like your charms.

this song is awsome, its one of the songs that got me hooked on led zeppelin. and of course, as in most led zeppelin songs, jimmy page doesnt fail to deliver an awsome guitar solo.

why arent there more posts for this? This song is Rock. When Plant holds those long notes it gives me the chills. Listening to this song is like being electricuted but in a very very good way.

No joke! And I like the live version too (on BBC Sessions) where Robert Plant adds the parts about the lemons. =) I just think that's great.

The powerful riff that Page makes. Simple, yet, complex. And its pace is just something you can rock out to anytime.

This is the definition of vintage Classic Rock. Wow. Led Zeppelin in their bluesy prime before they got artsy (not that some tunes in that era weren't brilliant, like Kashmir).

^^^ Umm...what?! If any, Stairway is the only Zeppelin song about LOTR - and that hasn't been proven (although it's probably right lol). Don't speak unless you know shit about what you're saying.

Simple 1960's pop. A lame song. Plus the lyrics are stolen from Eddie Cochrane's "Nervous Breakdown". Avoid.

Yeah this is one of their best for sure. Page said it was one of the most difficult songs to play live because the constant downstrokes are so tiring. Evidence of that can be heard on the BBC live versions as he adjusts the riff a little to give himself a break.
Oh yeah, this just in---Grobus is an idiot.

yeah, the lyrics are stolen from eddie cochrane's nervous breakdown, nevertheless its still a kick ass song, and Cochrane couldnt do a better job.
