pollen on the nose says to me that the narrator can tell the girl she's found is interested in girls too(Mirah is lesbian), hence the "pollen on your nose" line(since a girl's lower parts are often referred to as a flower, and flowers have pollen in the middle of the blossom usually), and having "pollen" on the nose implies you have had your nose pressed into the middle of a flower, thus getting pollen all over your nose... and a girl pressed against another girl's "flower" like that, well...you do the math. =P
