  It's just a poppy, light hearted song, designed probably to make you LAUGH.
  
  It's not meant to be taken seriously. (as if we didn't know!)
  
  Though I think I can sense a hint of sarcasm towards we Americans... If it is there, it's well deserved, I guess. Most of us don't realize how good we have it. But otherwise, I just think this game was designed for 'Light Hearted Fun'
