    Lyric Correction:Great song! I'm a very big Superchunk fan (been one since right after 'On the Mouth' came out'). Anyway, the first line is 'lofty currents' (not 'laughter guns'). I'll update the lyrics.

    General Comment:Lepidotera, the first line of the song is slurred in every sing le version, often deliberately. There's no definitive answer. The line "laughter guns" is, I believe from the Hyper Enough single. There's a debate between two disc jockey's over the first line, that is one of the suggestions.

    General Comment:oh man, this is fucking great!! From Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. I love this band. I listened to this song for the first time in 1999, i bought the album the next day, everyday of my life i listen this song one time at least, its the perfect song to start the day in a good way, ive been looking for the lyrics all this time and now, at last, ive found it!!! (if you dont speak english, its impossible to understand the lyrics!). Thanks my God, now im really happy!!!

    I always thought that it was "master plans" in place of "laughter guns". There is a great chance that I have been thinking the wrong thing, but that is what i always hear and it makes sense to me.
