Lyrics for And I Love Her as interpreted by Ice

And I Love Her Lyrics
I give her all my love
That's all I do
And if you saw my love
You'd love her too
I love her
She gives me everything
And tenderly
The kiss my lover brings
She brings to me
And I love her
A love like ours
Could never die
As long as I
Have you near me
Bright are the stars that shine
Dark is the sky
I know this love is mine
Will never die
And I love her
Bright are the stars that shine
Dark is the sky
I know this love is mine
Will never die
And I love her

A great love song from their early years. Paul definately was the best writer for the love songs; at least in the beginning.

i sung this song to my ex-wife when we got married. she didn't like the beatles. she liked lynard skynard and she wanted me to sing to her sweet home alabama. thats the reason why i divorced her ass ! cause she liked lynard skynard over the beatles. great song !

despite the lyrics mostly happy tone, there is still something positively melencholy about this song, especially with the line "Bright are the stars that shine/Dark is the sky" Does this mean that their love is the light in a world that is otherwise black and despairing?

I don't think so, born to run. I think Paul is just emphasizing that the stars are so bright in the dark dark sky? I think they are the bright stars in our dark world. Wow, xl5ron, what a solid fan! Your wife, hahahaha.

This song was playing the second time I rolled a car. As I struggled to get myself out through the broken passenger side window, that was now directly above me, I couldn't help but sing along. My favorite song on "A Hard Day's Night."

I truly don't understand how the Beatles write so many fantastic songs, let alone love songs. This song reminds me of being younger....though I am only 19 now. It's just another example of how great the Beatles and older music in general is , even though much of it is very simple musically and lyrically.

These lyrics aren't exactly correct... The line that says "And I love" should be "And I love her."

born to run, I notice the same melancholy tone to the song as you. It's something that is really hard to explain because the song is just so lovely. It is like "I'll Follow the Sun," but less so. Only Paul could write such a song...

And I love her is one of the best love songs ever recorded. It's the Beatles version of Love Me Tender

such a beautiful song, and yes Paul writes the best love songs, they just melt your heart.

xl5ron-I cannot stop laughing at your comment! Lynard Skynard LMAO! I would definitely always choose And I love Her over Sweet Home Alabama for a guy to sing to me!!

really wonderful, if you listen to the song back to back (it suddenly occured to me that I always play this song at least 3 times back to back whenever i wana hear it) you can notice that it ends same way as it begins except in a slower rythm. These guys were the best.

I still think this is the best Love song ever written, just because of it's simplicity, and he sings it so calmly and beautifully.
