Well, I think it's Incubus. It sounds like a bunch of black guys singing...hey, guess what! When they recorded this song, there was a black guy in the band! Now, there's two!
I think DJ Kil is singing the Pacman verse, Jose is singing the verse about Ted, and Brandon, Kil, and Jose are singing the main part. I think Brandon is also singing the "I smoke, he smokes..." part. Idk, but I can tell it's Brandon's laughter for sure at the end.
