This song is about how there is a guy who is better than Mark and he has everything Mark lacks, 'girls, money'. But Mark turns around and sort of says hey buddy, fuck you 'i cannot be bought, my personality is whati choose'. He says that he wasn't brought up rich, and he won't be like the rich guy, he is who he is, and he's fine with that.

That is lame. Nobody needs Money and girls and such. Mark is just complaining that he doesn't have either. He probably blows all his money on worthless crap. They shoiuld just stop they are in it for the money and they have plenty of money. They have no need to keep putting this crap into peoples minds.

this is one of my fav songs off Buddha. I think the song is about some person that Mark does not like because he is too into himself and thinks he is the best. Mark is basically saying that he is just as good as anybody even if he doesn't have money or girls. I really like the guitar riffs in this song.

This is about advertising by big companies. The person he seems to be talking to in the 1st verse is someone in an ad for Reebok (or any other company). The second verse is about how this type of promotion is not going to work on him because he is not the person in the ad and does not want to be. The rest is just saying the same thing in the first 2 verses in different words.

Don't you just think its funny when people dis bands on one of their lyrics pages if they don't like the band don't look up their lyrics...I mlove this song its all about some one that has loads of 'material' possesions and someone saying 'I DON'T CARE'

mark is sayin that for all the world material things are getting more important and it only brings jealousy to the people with out those expensive things he doesnt back that program there for he refeuses to were those things to covet them and make them bigger...by bigger i meen economicly

I always thought it said "Josie, for you and me" and then didn't get the next line. Which would have been sort of cool, but this makes more sense.
