Mr. Crowley, what went on in your head
Mr. Crowley, did you talk with the dead
Your life style to me seemed so tragic
With the thrill of it all
You fooled all the people with magic
You waited on Satan's call
Mr. Charming, did you think you were pure
Mr. Alarming, in nocturnal rapport
Uncovering things that were sacred manifest on this Earth
Conceived in the eye of a secret
And they scattered the afterbirth
(solo)
Mr. Crowley, won't you ride my white horse
Mr. Crowley, it's symbolic of course
Approaching a time that is classic
I hear maidens call
Approaching a time that is drastic
Standing with their backs to the wall
Was it polemically sent
l wanna know what you meant
I wanna know
I wanna know what you meant

General Comment:wow, the swastika's everywhere, isnt it? lets see..
    Sioux Indians
    Nordic Thunder God
Extremist Christians ( the most used reason for Hitler using the symbol)
    Egyptian Gods
    Indian Subcultures

This thing is everywhere, dont try and figure outwhere the Nazis got. Sure, Crowly could have used the symbol, but so did thousands of other people at the time all around the planet! Stop tryin to get into a madmans head and just listen to the damn song.

    Georgia rules!

Song Meaning:Aliester Crowley created his own religion, known as "Thelema", the main rule is "Do what thou wilt". but when ozzy says "your lifestyle to me seemed so tragic" he says because Aliester had a crazy wild life. he made many things happen. "Uncovering things that were sacred manifest on this Earth", i believe when he says this he's talking about how he uncovered the teachings of Horus. Horus came to him and gave him teachings that are sacred. and "conceived in the eye of secret", talking about Horus/the eye of Ra. the all seeing eye, is what many people know it as. and when he says "they scattered the afterbirth", i believe he is talking about the religion, the afterbirth of those teachings, were scattered throughout the world. thats all i can say so far, i studied into his religion. and i believe that this is all Ozzy wants to know about, he wants to know the meaning of Aliester Crowley's religion.

    General Comment:From Bob Daisley's website.

A lot of the music for Mr. Crowley was Randy's idea then we worked on the music together. The vocal melody was Ozzy's and I wrote the lyrics. That was the case with most of the songs on Blizzard. The same on Diary except that Lee worked on those songs with us and came up with some of the vocal melodies. I wrote all the lyrics for Blizzard, Diary, Bark at the Moon, Ultimate Sin, No Rest for the Wicked.

    General Comment:this song means

"Kenneth Grant, the British occultist, disciple of Aleister Crowley, and head of the Typhonian Ordo Templi Orientis suggested in his book The Magical Revival (1972) that there was an unconscious connection between Crowley and Lovecraft. He thought they both drew on the same occult forces; Crowley via his magic and Lovecraft through the dreams which inspired his stories and the Necronomicon. Grant claimed that the Necronomicon existed as an astral book as part of the Akashic records and could be accessed through ritual magic or in dreams. Grant's ideas on Lovecraft were featured heavily in the introduction to the Simon Necronomicon and also have been backed by Donald Tyson; but Lovecraft, a strict materialist, would likely have been outraged. Like any claim based purely on supernatural evidence Grant's ideas cannot be proved or disproved and have added further confusion to the issue"
