if you ever get close to a human
and human behaviour
be ready, be ready to get confused

there's definitely,definitely, definitely no logic
to human behaviour
but yet so, yet so irresistible

and there is no map

they're terribly, terribly, terribly moody
oh human behaviour
then all of a suddenly turn happy

but, oh, to get involved in the exchange
of human emotions
is ever so, ever so satisfying

and there is no map!

human behaviour
human behaviour
human behaviour
human behaviour

and there is no map!
and a compass wouldn't help at all!

human behaviour
human behaviour
human behaviour
human behaviour

there's definitely, definitely, definitely no logic...
human...
human...
human...

there's definitely, definitely, definitely no logic...
human...
human...
human...
human...

General Comment:Humans act irrationally, and even though there isn't a guidebook for interacting with them, it's worth it.

General Comment:Its funny because Bjork write this song for the Sugarcubes, but they rejected it because it didn't fit their music persona or musicial pattern.

I wonder if Bjork would be this big, if she had never put the song on hold.
    Makes you think doesn't it.

General Comment:This is my favorite Bjork song. I love how positively weird it is...it's the only song I've heard that could be described with the words, "Jungle techno".

General Comment:Actually, this is the first part of story of Isobel. It starts with this song, then "Isobel" and finally "Bachelorette". So this song is about Isobel meeting the human civilization.

General Comment:I think this song is about being hurt and confused but still loving it. "Humans" are confusing folk, we try and figure each other out, but just end up more confused in the end. And yet we keep coming back for more...

    General Comment:This song is beautiful
its just saying that humans can be very erratic
and there is reely no telling which thing we will do next
but also its saying this spontaneous quality is what makes humans so different, humans are unpredictable
and it draws you in like a beam

General Comment:Bjork knocks another one out of the park. Sometimes I kinda think the fact that she's Icelandic gives her an advantage as a poet...I mean, her language is more descriptive then a lot of the b.s. cliches beinig tossed around in music. Almost out of necessity it's more descriptive, so I guess that adds a dimension to the perspective interpretation.

Either way the bottom line is: Bjork's got mad skillz.
