    My Interpretation:Templars = Hammerfall band members.

    They are talking about themselves bringing a revolution on the music scene. Most of the band members were traditional metalheads, and were sick of the popularization of grunge in the 90's. They view themselves as leading a revolution and re-establishing heavy metal as a genre.

    Its not about the actual templars - correct me if I'm wrong but they never had a 'revolution' against their betters in the feudal hierarchy.

    Hammerfall is but this song, if they heard it, would never get that name out of their heads. Whether they liked it or not.
