Hmm, until I actually looked at the lyrics (before all I could make out was the chorus) I thought it was a really shallow song. Now I think he's saying that money makes people the way they are... materialistic. I dunno.

I love this song.
And 'shorty' means a girl/woman. In every way I've seen it used, she's some hottie the singer wants to 'get with,' but I don't know if it's necessary.
And (not to sound racist) I've never heard of a white woman being called Shorty, but I've also never seen a white woman in an R&B music video.

Let's get something straight: I hate most Rap, R&B, Hiphop, Pop, or anything else that fits into that category, but I actually can listen to this song without running from the room, or grabbing my ipod and blasting my own version of good music. Hell, I might even put this on my ipod.

sable the lyrics are messed up hes actually saying "we're three wheeling in the floor with the gold D's"
and fo usually means for but since the lyrics are messed up then it wont fit
