The main lick of Back in Black is from Elvis's song "Little Sister"....
Back in black
I hit the sack
I've been too long I'm glad to be back
Yes, I'm gettin' loose
From the noose
That's kept me hanging about
I've been looking at the sky
'Cause it's gettin' me high
Forget the hearse 'cause I never die
I got nine lives
Cat's eyes
Abusin' every one of them and running wild
CHORUS:
'Cause I'm back
Yes, I'm back
Well, I'm back
Yes, I'm back
Well, I'm back, back
(Well) I'm back in black
Yes, I'm back in black
Back in the back
Of a Cadillac
Number one with a bullet, I'm a power pack
Yes, I'm in a bang
With a gang
They've got to catch me if they want me to hang
Cause I'm back on the track
And I'm beatin' the flack
Nobody's gonna get me on another rap
So look at me now
I'm just makin' my play
Don't try to push your luck, just get out of my way
CHORUS:
'Cause I'm back
Yes, I'm back
Well, I'm back
Yes, I'm back
Well, I'm back, back
(Well) I'm back in black
Yes, I'm back in black
Well, I'm back, Yes I'm back
Well, I'm back, Yes I'm back
Well, I'm back, back
Well I'm back in black
Yes I'm back in black
hooo yeah
Ohh yeah
Yes I am
Oooh yeah, yeah Oh yeah
Back in now
Well I'm back, I'm back
Back, I'm back
Back, I'm back
Back, I'm back
Back, I'm back
Back
Back in black
Yes I'm back in black
Out of the sight
I hit the sack
I've been too long I'm glad to be back
Yes, I'm gettin' loose
From the noose
That's kept me hanging about
I've been looking at the sky
'Cause it's gettin' me high
Forget the hearse 'cause I never die
I got nine lives
Cat's eyes
Abusin' every one of them and running wild
CHORUS:
'Cause I'm back
Yes, I'm back
Well, I'm back
Yes, I'm back
Well, I'm back, back
(Well) I'm back in black

Back in the back

Out of the sight

"Back in Black" referring to how bad guys wear black to not be seen... to hide in the shadows.
"Getting loose from the noose". Meaning, he was captured, but he escaped. The noose being a metaphor for his confinement.
"Looking at the sky 'cause it's getting me high". Meaning he's finally free from confinement and he's getting "high" on actually being able to see the sky.
The second part of the song is pretty clear about him being a criminal.
"Nobody's gonna get me on another rap". Meaning, he's not going to get caught again. "rap" is a charge... like how criminals have a "rap sheet" listing their crimes.
"They've gotta catch me if they want me to hang". Talking about the law.
-from Chuck Berry
-from the devil
-from the Young brothers,
but it's from Elvis's song "Little Sister". Guitar by Hank Garland.
Ending on the open A power chord.
Anyway, Bon lived (and died) a fairly stereotypical rock & roll lifestyle. He spent a short time in prison in his youth & was generally seen as a troublemaker by authority figures.
He was also a very heavy drinker, a detail that leads me to his stereotypical rock & roll death which is, of course, chocking on his own vomit while passed out drunk.
Judging from the lyrics, this song is pretty obviously, IMHO, meant to be a celebration of his wild, hard drinking, rock & roll life.
The timing of it's release is further evidence towards this interpretation.
Abusin' every one of them and running wild

Sodomite pedophile child abuser released back into the streets
Molesting in the back of the Cadillac
Gang bang
He's back in black (darkness).
In the black or back door lyrics usually mean anal sex..sodomy.
He's hearing the Hells Bells and on the Highway To Hell.

So, if it were you, and your record company approved a new line-up, and you made a hit record, wouldn't you also celebrate being back in the black?
"I've been too long I'm glad to be back" and "Forget the hearse, cause I never die, I got nine lives" They're celebrating the reformation of their band, and making money again.
They're BACK! out of the red, and back in the black.
"Yes, I'm gettin' loose, From the noose" Doesn't that sound like a reference to their debt.
