    General Comment:this song is waaaay out of step with my usual preferences in music, but i love it anyway. i agree for the most part with the above opinions. it's about staying positive under bad circumstances and how complaining about a situation can never make it better. it's a great, optimistic tune about facing up to your problems and doing whatever you can to make things better and always realizing that things could be worse and that there's always something to be thankful for.

    General Comment:Yeah, I think it is about being optimistic when things are not going your way... "So I just did me some talkin' to the sun
    And I said I didn't like the way he got things done" ...I think that line might be saying that instead of crying, you should face whatever your problem is and try correcting it.

    General Comment:i think this song epitomizes life in a sense. in life you're always gonna have obstacles you must face and things are gonna occur that you won't always be prepared to deal with. i love this song because it reminds me that being pessimistic is not the way to go...and that despite everything, you can always overcome whatever is thrown at you. =)

    General Comment:Hehe. I love this song.. I've got a recording of it played by Ben Folds Five... cool beans. This reminds me of (lyric wise) "Why does it always rain on me?" by Travis... also an amazing song. :)
