Choices always were a problem for you.
What you need is someone strong to guide you.
Deaf and blind and dumb and born to follow,
what you need is someone strong to use you..
like me,
like me.

If you want to get your soul to heaven,
trust in me.
Don't judge or question.
You are broken now ,
but faith can heal you.
Just do everything I tell you to do.
Deaf and blind and dumb and born to follow.
Let me lay my holy hand upon you.

My Gods will
becomes me.
When he speaks out,
he speaks through me.
He has needs
like I do.
We both want
to rape you.

Jesus Christ, why don't you come save my life.
Open my eyes and blind me with your light
and your lies.

General Comment:So as much as I love Tool and hate Limp Dickzit, I decided to give their cover of Opiate a listen... holy fuck... it was AWFUL. From the band trying to do a bad Adam Jones/Justin Chancellor impression, to the drummer trying to do Danny Carrey's drum fills (and failing epicly) to of course Fred Durst, in his mighty squeakyness, trying to copy Maynard's growl, holy fucking shit. It was bad.
The worst part was the cocky way in which Fred Thurst-for-semen carried himself while singing the first person Jesus/preacher parts, as if it was actually being taken literally in first person and that it was a positive thing... "...what you need is someone strong to guide you, LIKE ME!!!"
One of the worst covers I have ever heard. Kinda like if Linkin Park tried to do a Pearl Jam song. Like... you just don't fucking do that.

My Opinion:Limp Dizckit sucks ass. They shouldn't even be allowed to listen to Tool, let alone cover them.

General Comment:Fred Durst(Limp Bizkit) : Tool is one of my favorite bands in the world. Their new record is blowing my mind. They're not really metal, metal...

Fred Durst(Limp Bizkit) : Maynard is the greatest singer of all time.

James Maynard Keenan(Tool) : I don't really see the connection. Because there is some intensity in some of our songs, I think these bands pick up the surface noise, and that's their influence. ... When I hear these loud, goofy posturing idiots jumping up and down, more concerned about their hairdos than their music, it's just we don't do that, what am I missing? There's nothing to the music that moves me, or compels me to want to sit down and listen to it, which is unfortunate. Maybe I'm just a cynical old bastard

James Maynard Keenan(Tool-Oklahoma Concert): Good evening. You're all planning on having fun tonight... right ? We probably should make some kind of distinction of the kind of fun we are gonna have tonight. Not Like WWF or Monster truck ralley fun.NOT Limp Bizkit - Kidrock kind of fun.The difference being that we don't underestimate your intelligence.

Well said by Maynard. Idiotic mediocrity that underestimates human intelligence and odds, fuck u!

General Comment:Durst must've misunderstood "the Grudge" as well. As you can see, he's decided to transmutate gold into horseshit.

Also this version is about, 2 minutes long? How can you turn a 6 minute long song into a 2 minute one?
