personally i think that its a song from the point of view of an abortionist. when the say "i killed your baby today" he's talking to the mom. when he says "i raped your mother today" he's talking to the baby. throughout the whole song he sounds like he's trying to be cool about it but through the tone in his voice you can tell that he's freaking out.

crap. bunch of standard beats, easy basslines and power chords. oh and the lyrics are so pleasent. and he uses ryming EVERYWHERE! i could write that, wait no i couldnt cause my minds not that FUCKED! misfits suck, if i eva saw them i would hawk a big fuckin slag on their face.

you all fucking suck...this song, like just about EVERY OTHER MISFITS SONG, is about one thing and one thing only...a gore-core movie...it's not about abortion. It is based off a movie...Danzig was known to get inspiration from very underground b movies...check out horrormovies.com or oldies.com for some old horror movies...stay rotten...

Wow. I love this song. Although it would be hard, if I HAD to choose just one favorite band it would be The Misfits, and if I had to chose just one of their songs...this would have to be it. On a scale of 1 - 10(10 highest) this is like a 574895718967581960

the tallica cover is so much better, clearer witha crispa sound, i love it cause its fukin heavy. lyrics are awesome. original is good i just dont think it sould have bin song the way it was it totally takes the edge off the lyrics

i've only heard the original and AFI's Verson.. and the original is better.

as for NOFX, i've heard other songs by them, i hate them..

dont'r eally like metallica either, and the one Misfits song i have heard them cover sucked *Die, Die, Die My Darling* ( and not to conufse, i mean their cover sucks, not the song)

classic Misfits song. one of my favorites. anyone who knows punk knows there's no such thing as a conservative punk. but good song, anyway. i was walking around at school singing it one day... but nobody seemed to care, since i've sung weirder songs. like Clams Have Feelings Too...

Just to have the last word on this whole conservativepunk thing (more because I enjoy having the last word on things than to actually contribute anything), it is impossible to be a conservative punk. To quote Jello Biafra "Punk means thinking for yourself". If you label yourself as a conservative, you're already pidgeonholing your mind, and therefore going against everything punk is supposed to stand for. Never mind the fact that punk's rebellious and Carpe Diem attitude are completely at odds with conservatism. Try going to their forums and looking for someone who's acting vaguely rebellious or independent. IT's just another propaganda site, but with the added agenda of trying to dupe a bunch of teenagers. For fuck's sake, they link anti-anti-flag.com.

Listen to some of the conservative bands they promotew (like the conveniently named "Flipperfloppers", who -- coincidentally, I'm sure -- don't seem to have liked John Kerry) -- it's some of the most boring, immitative, identikit pop-punk you'll ever hear. And some of it's just Bar Mitzvah quality ripoffs of bands like *GASP* Anti-Flag and NOFX!

djloki and everyone who's on his side, I just hope you realize that "conservative punks" would never have written songs like this one. They would never have formed bands like the Misfits or The Clash or The Dead Kennedys or The Germs or Gism or Crucifix or Crass or Refused or Minor Threat. They would have sung Good Charlotte-Standard songs about the joys of low taxes and lots of pollution.

There's nothing wrong with agreeing with something right-wing if you actually believe it, but try putting some effort into recognizing bullshit.

Ive heard the theory that this song is abortion on a couple occasions, i cant really be sure if it is or not.
I figured Danzig is just talking a bunch of fucked up shit. I never really found a moral in this song, but if it was about abortion, that would be cool, and it would make a little sense.
