Dear Tiffany,
You've made me nauseous for the last time
Everything I've said to you
I will form into a spike (to drive through my throat)
In order to stop my words
This time I'll put them in the ground
Along with my memories and my feelings
I'll burn it down and walk away
Let the fire warm my back
I wish you would say you hate me
It would make it so much easier
Burn it down and walk away
Love, Daniel

In order to stop my words

Along with my memories and my feelings
I'll burn it down and walk away
Let the fire warm my back
I wish you would say you hate me
It would make it so much easier
Burn it down and walk away
Love, Daniel

Fantastic song.
Yeah, this song is pretty much amazing. It is fun to play on guitar and drums. BTW, if anyone has figured out the solo or has made a good improv solo for it you should tab it out and send it to me. jeomdahl@hotmail.com. i don't know enough about guitar to improv solo :(
Oh and as for the people coming in here hating on Zao. If you hate them so much, why are you even looking at their lyrics? Why are you commenting? What the heck is wrong with you people? God bless. Metal forever \m/\m/
"I think others will agree that its fun to talk and debate about religion. I LOVE it. I really do. If I offend anyone w/my comments i'm truly sorry, that's not my intention. I can only say what I think is true, but no one really knows half the time, including me. Alright, peace out."
So yeah. My bad.
Personally I do not agree with any version of 'God' I've ever heard of, and mainly have a beef with Christianity (sorry guys). If God is omnipotent and totally mind blowingly amazing, why should he conform to our puny views of morality? I don't believe in the existance of any formal god, yet I don't deny the fact that He may exist.
But yeah, this song is fucking mad, I love it. The way it's set out as a letter is pretty cool.
Except that not. I am a Pentecostal Christian. Did you know that your precious Allah is an ungod? Unholy little thing. You see, "the Christian god" is Jesus Christ. The man who's known to have sacrificed himself for our sins.
His mercy gave you all your life.
You see, someone trustworthy, who has read parts of the Koran, has said that there's a sentence "A muslim can kill AN INFIDEL, who is not willing to turn to Allah".
The Bible says "Do not kill." Do. Not. Kill. Period. Not if, not or, not doo-dah. Just "DO NOT KILL". No exceptions. Koran has these. So you're saying, that Koran that has exceptions, is the same word as Bible, that was powered by The Holy Spirit, that has no exceptions? No way. Not a single way.
Back to the topic: This song is like a semi-bitter end to a relationship, which Daniel wants to forget.
This song reminds of the time I dated this one girl. Except it was closer to five months rather than five years.
