  General Comment:Not the band's best, which is obvious by the comments left; however, it's Muse and therefore still good:)
  
  Don't know why I bother 'cause sometimes interpreting these songs is like talking to a brick wall. It's about holding onto something that keeps us warm and safe. It's about blaming ourselves and deflecting that blame onto others even when they do not harbor the finger-pointing. (We've all heard the saying that we are are own worst enemy.)
  
  It's about realizing it's merely a symptom, and that others are less critical than the self. When people make it through the bad, the ugly, and the really really ugly, the rest is a breeze.
  
  Shame is a feeling humans harbor unconsciously to keep them from having to take risks, at least that's what I believe. And some will point out that I am always correct. Arrr Arrr

  General Comment:its not a super deep song but I love this song anyway, but i don't really think i hate any of their songs ; ).

  General Comment:Perhaps its about somebody who's delusional...and thinks this other person loves them and is just so sure about it when in fact their feelings are completely neutral.
  
  That's always the vibe I got from it anyway, because the song never confirms that this person has the emotions...just that he 'knows' that this person loves him.
  
  But who knows what the crap this guy thinks about.

  General Comment:first off, i think some of those lyrics are wrong.. and uh, this song, its about someone (we'll call them person "a") loving him, excet no one else knows. person "a" has tried to keep it hidden, (because they are ashamed of it) but he can tell how much person "a" loves him, and is using that against them, making himself feel better than person "a."

  General Comment:Not Muse's best but good enough to make me listen to it right now! I think it's about someone who loves Matt but doesn't want to admit it, but Matt knows both that this person loves him and that they're ashamed ("i know that you're ashamed")
  Or could it possibly be about someone who's just realised they're gay?
