    General Comment:Thank you so much, members of songmeanings.net! I heard that song day and night when I was about 16, although the lyrics made hardly any sense to me, especially I didn't get that "lavor lord"-thing in the refrain. 13 years later I'm told that it is a brand of a blind company...

    So the song is about lying in bed on a Sunday morning or so, mot getting up although "it is time (oh-oh)", locking the day out with the beloved Levolor. ;)

    Now that I understand I must say I still love the song. What a nice song topic! Still I think it's a little bit sad.

    General Comment:Number One Blind is about Nina's love for her window furnishings. A lot of people think Levolor is a person, but Levolor is the brand of a blind company. She wanted to call it Levolor but she was worried about getting sued.
