on another thought, its possible that they are actually connecting from beyond the boundaries of life and death, since the lover that's alive recognizes that the other one is gone "even in death our love goes on" so perhaps the dead lover's soul/ghost still lingers on even after death. but those are just my 2 cents. its all about how you want to interpret it really...
Like I was in a dark room, wearing a long and black cloak. Then, I saw a shadow and I followed it: It lead me to a graveyard. I slowly walked towards a white grave, and I took off my cloak: Underneath, I was wearing a wedding gown: a white wedding gown. I started hitting the tomb with a shovel, and when it finally got ripped off, I opened his coffin with my own hands. :D
I think that this is the story this song has into it.
It's interesting to know the real meaning of the song, but I'll forever think of it as someone longing for their other half, and bringing them home in their heart, forever loving them. It's a beautiful song IMO.

The voice in this song is edited, and played down a key from the actual voice of the girl in the movie. I was so shocked i had to get onto Songmeanings to find out if it was just my imagination or if it was actually real.
