    General Comment:Its not about old age lol. Ask any mudvayne fan and they will tell you that the guys been addicted to Drugs. Hence the name Mudvayne. Also almost all his songs are about the many feeling you get when having Heroin. A.Happy B.Hate for yourself C.Sadness D.Hate for what you are. E.Loving the numb feeling F.Guilty for loving how it makes you feel etc. This is a song about Hate for what you become. Hate for everything youve done, seen, felt, guilt, everything. And just wanting to end it where it all began, with the drug. This song is about Intentional Overdose. if you don't believe me listen to this part very carefully

"Grip in my veins" is pretty self explanatory. I love this song and i must say its one of my favorites they have ever done. this and "Forget to remember"

    General Comment:I work at a nursing home and this song gets me so emotional but i love it. I take care of so many old people who are waiting to die and are prisoners in their own bodies, but what pisses me off is some of their families dont come in until they are just hours away from dying. Its like their more worried that seeing someone they love dying will be too much for them to bear, but it's so selfish. Anyways this song rocks and being someone who sucks at expressing feelings Death Blooms puts words to how i feel. Also, I do know that when most getting ready to die its not filled with regret, hate, and angst, most of them die very peacefully, and sometimes smiling.

    General Comment:From what I took in when i first heard this song. I observed that this was about age. And thanks to people who know the history of Mudvayne have helped me piece together that this is about Kud's grandmother.

    General Comment:for the record: this song is almost 8 years old, and it still rocks just as hard as when i first heard it. a timeless piece of music that will stay with you while death continues to bloom.

    General Comment:this song was written specifically about chads grandmother and how his family was neglecting her because she was nearing death. they basicaly put her in anursing home where they pumped her up on drugs and forgot about her. chad really did not agree witht his and was angry with his family for just ignoring her. he wrote a song about it, as he does with all of his problems.
