Funny how many years I have listened to it before now and take a totally different and literal meaning to the song.
Do I feel alive? Yeah. Is everything unicorns and rainbows now that I found Him again? No, but it's a lot better than what it was.
for me its all about finding people and being put in situations that let me be me and i truley felt alive knowing i finally fitted in and its just trusting whatever happens happens for a reason.
i live a very individual free thinking lifestyle and have many beliefs and ideas and this song just tells me im not alone others are there with me and there is more to life than following society and while im not religious i am spiritual and its about knowing my faith is strong enough to pull me through

~This may be referring to P.O.D. coming out as a Christian Rock Band, previous Rock Bands who publicly stated their beliefs were often not taken seriously. P.O.D. was one of the first bands to come out about their faith, and were still taken seriously afterwards. This may be him saying that revealing his faith my cost him all of his fortune and fame that he has gained through the band.

~No matter what anyone says about God, he's not going to push Him away from his life, because he's truly felt him for the first time.
But then again lyrics are all about your own interpretation, which is usually what makes the song more meaningful to you.
