When I'm out walking
I strut my stuff
And I'm so strung out
I'm high as a kite
I just might stop to check you out.

[chorus]
Let me go on like I
Blister in the sun
Let me go on
Big hands, I know you're the one.

Body and beats,
I stain my sheets
I don't even know why
My girlfriend, she's at the end,
She is starting to cry.

Let me go on like I
Blister in the sun
Let me go on
Big hands, I know you're the one.

When I'm out walking
I strut my stuff
And I'm so strung out
I'm high as a kite
I just might stop to check you out.

When I'm out walking
I strut my stuff
And I'm so strung out
I'm high as a kite
I just might stop to check you out.

Body and beats,
I stain my sheets
I don't even know why
My girlfriend, she's at the end,
She is starting to cry.

When I'm out walking
I strut my stuff
And I'm so strung out
I'm high as a kite
I just might stop to check you out.

[Chorus]

General Comment:Drug references? Sex references? Yeah, probably, and more, including general metaphor or mood references for general life experiences. Like all of art, subjective interpretations by the viewer or listener are also completely valid. In addition to the catchy riff, it is the vagueness and open-ended nature of the lyrics that lets the listener's mind travel to where it wants to travel, which helps to make this a noteworthy song despite its simplicity.

My Interpretation:Are you guys for real?! This is a song about a guy who is high on heavy drugs. Big hands - hallucinating, Stain my sheets - sometimes people on drugs can't control their bowels, and obviously his girlfriend cries because he's an addict. I think it's very clear, especially to anyone who has experimented with drugs or knows people who did. Don't know why people look for meaning where there isn't.

General Comment:Not masturbation. It's about his girlfriend learning that he's in a relationship with a man.

My Interpretation:what the hell is wrong with all of you? masturbation? homosexuality?
this guys just talking about how he did a lot of coke with his girlfriend and now she's crashing so she's crying. maybe he stained his sheets fucking her, and maybe she just has big hands or something. the stain on the sheets and big hands are up in the air, but this is definitely about cocaine. nobody "struts their stuff" unless if they're on some cocaine fueled power trip. you think a girl gives a shit if he stops to check her out? no he's just high on cocaine. he's got the I'M RICK JAMES, BITCH attitude

Song Meaning:Like Gano said, the song is about a girl who laughed at his small hands in high school. It's written from her point of view. The girlfriend line is her friend who is standing there while all this is happening and is laughing so hard that she's in tears. The song reverts to his point of view on the chorus, "let me go on like I blister the sun"(the sun being the humiliating attention), "big hands I know your the one", She's "big hands" and he's still in love with her even though she humiliated him.

Song Meaning:Clearly this song is about masturbation.

Many other people have stated things I am going to say as well.
I will now make a concise argument for the meaning.

"Body and beats I stain my sheets I don't even know why"
    Stains his sheets while masturbating

"My girlfriend she's at the end she is starting to cry"
She is "at the end of her rope" because his masturbation is a problem in their relationship.

Still, he would like to continue doing it.
"Let me go on... like I blister in the sun"

Masturbation reference. Talking about lotion. If someone blistered in the sun they would rub a lot of lotion on themselves to prevent that. I hadn't seen anyone address that aspect yet, but I am sure they had previously.

"Big Hands, I know you're the one"
Obviously addressing his hands as if they were in the "throes of love"

    My two cents on the
"I just might stop to check you out"
My opinion on this is he goes out walking, checks out women, and then later returns home and masturbates while thinking about them. This damages his relationship and hurts his girlfriends feelings, but he does it anyways, or would like to.

I think I have restated everything by this point.

General Comment:This song is not quite about masturbation. Everyone pointed out the line "Big hands, I know you're the one" without ever hitting upon any viable explanation. It is of course sexual like most of their early songs. But it has a specific reference. He's searching for the perfect handjob. That's why he's looking for a girl with "big hands."

General Comment:It is about him cheating on his girlfriend. "when im out walkin i strut my stuff" "I just might stop to check you out" refers to him gettin all spiffy and pickin up chicks. also being on herion makes you stain your sheets, it also makes you right really odd lyrics haha. they are now off herion now and doing well
