could be Frances Bean "talking". As in, she's eating her mother's breast milk. And then how she "Stumbled here" and "failed to make it mine" could be referring to when she was with the authorities. Lastly, "They say I'm plump, but I throw up all the time", babies have baby fat, and are therefore, plump, although they still throw up (spit up) all the time.
