  My Interpretation:In my opinion Spank Thru is about using masturbation in order to prevent rape. First by creating symbols (motif), emotions, action and moral consciousness.

  I think this song is about a guy who only wanted sex out of a relationship and he cannot understand why the girl left him, so now he misses the girl but only because he doesn't have anyone to masturbate him and now he has to do it himself.
