    My Opinion:Song I can't bring myself to listen to, or stop myself from same.
    Listen to it many times a day. Rips me apart and puts me back together again, usually leaves something bleeding

    General Comment:I think there is the mood where death is near, and the writer is at bedside next to a girl. He thinks there isn't much time left and looks back at their relationship. He realizes she has treated him badly, but he isn't bitter about it and wants them to last even after death. I like watching this song clip from the "Gimme Shelter" film. In it, the Stones aren't performing the song, but listening to it being played back. They become quiet and reflective and seem to enjoy it afterward. Mick even claps, and it probably is one of his best vocals on a song.

    General Comment:im pretty sure this song was originaly written buy keith about his baby son marlon and feeling bad about leaving him to go on tour ,and then mick rewrote it keeping only"wild horses couldnt drag me away" aparently it was the first thing mariane faithfull had said to him after coming out of a druginduced coma !! i love this song a beautifull tail of how sometimes love just isnt enough and sadly in the end wild horses wasnt enough to keep them together. but it is and will always be one of the best love song ever writen ..........sure beats all this new shake your ass crap lmao. amyez 22yrs australia

    Song Meaning:Keith Richard wrote this song and it is attributed to the loss of one of his children he had with Anita Pallenberg. He went on stage right after he was told of the child's death (little girl I think) and was almost catatonic with grief.
