Lyrics for Endless, Nameless as interpreted by Sliver428

Endless, Nameless Lyrics
Silence
Here I am
Here I am
Silent

Bright and clear
It's what I am
I have
Died

Mother (x4)

Death
With violence
Excitement
Right here

Died
Go to hell
Here I am
Right here

Ow!

No mas (x4)

Death
Is what I am
Go to hell
Go to jail
In back of that
Crime
Here I am
Take a chance
Dead!

Die!

The song is about Kurts stomach problems. At the end of it, if you listen carefully you can hear him scream the words "Fire, Inside" as if he is in deep pain.
I dont know thats just what I think lol
But yes, it is a fucking awesome somg.

[read this in a book....] Endless,Nameless didnt make the Nevermind cd...It was the band's way of expierencing with the new cds...10 minutes and 3 seconds after the last chord of "Something in the way" Endless,Nameless starts. At 19:32 you can hear kurt breaking his guitar.

god,i hope i'm referring to the right song...it was called Endless,Nameless in the book i read. *shrugs*

Well, actually this song isn't on every version of Nvermind. And the song has no meaning to it, acordding to "Come As You Are"(the book) the song's lyrics were made up as Kurt sang them.

(Real Meaning). The real meaning is that there is no meaning. This song was originally a Lithium Jam gone terribly wrong. Kurt couldn't play the Lithium riff one day, and the band just started Jamming on this, at the end Kurt smashed his guitar on the studio floor.

they put this song on a limited number of CDs and the rest dont have it. mine doesn't, but i'd be suprised at how much i'd pay for one that does. i just like the words. im fixing to get the song off of KaZaA. if you go to www.songlyrics.com and type nirvana lyrics and go to the algonet page it has the words to every song all on one page. so if you want to make a book you can just hit print once. thats what i did. as to the meaning of this song to me its just something i chant to turn heads. love. music. there is no distinction

this is what the song is about.

kurt made a tape for one of his roommates. kurt put the tape in and left and his friend didnt realize kurt put the tape in.at first it was just silent then quietly kurt began saying crazy psycho stuff to just freak his friend out. thats why endless, namless is so far apart from the other song.

endless... like the last song goes on for ages until the song comes on, nameless, the song has no name. I heard this was just a take after Lithium messed up so many times.

Ehh, not so great, I wouldn't interpret things from it, just some random things Kurt said in a jam. I agree with the whole Lithium take being passed around. It's a mistake, a 7 1/2 minute mistake put on a CD to look like a great song. Grunge was based on mistakes... who ever gave thought to using feedback to ENHANCE a song? Great CD to listen through without skipping tracks... but not worth the ten minute wait for this song here.

Yeah this is probobly just a jam that they though sounded cool so they recorded. The words are nonsense

I concur with those who say that the idea is to freak people out after they have almost fallen asleep listening to somthing in the way. Kurt loved how Led Zeplin always put a chill song at the end of their albums as it made him sleepy, especially after getting stoned. He's trying to emulate that effect but he goes one step further, using it to play a practicle joke on the listener.

I've only heard 2 good versions of this song. The one on Nevermind and the BBC version. In the BBC version somewhere in the song Kurt says "I'm turning japanese I really think so." Pretty cool huh?

He actually says "I'm learning to eat cheese I really drink snow." Not "I'm turning Japanese, I really think so." Stop listening to the Vapors. And it was not a BBC version, it was recorded from the tacoma concert.

Um...Uncle fe fe? If you would get you entire head out of your ass and listen closely to the lyrics, then mabey, just mabey you would know what he is saying. They didn't even start playing Endless Nameless at the end of shows until 1992ish.

I kinda wish I had gotten that version of the Nevermind CD so that it could scare the hell out of me when it's dark too, since I used to listen to that song to fall asleep, and then think it's cool that I found a hidden song, and funny that I got scared.. But that's just me..

Anyways, I like how it just switches from the loud guitar to a bit softer tune when he's saying, "Mother.."

WOW thanks "kurtsmyhero88"! Thanks for stating something that we were not even arguing about. But, how is Endless Nameless a bad take of Lithium? He couldn't get the rift down, I understand that. This is a completely different song. It sounds nothing like Lithium. It was formed by Kurt rambling on his guitar for christ sake. YOU IDIOT!!! You don't have to look into the bands you like to know that one!
