    I think this is about Billy Corgan and a girl he knows. I think they have some kind of connection but they just weren't meant to be together. This girl has beautiful moments in her life from time to time because she is a diamond lost in this cruel world. She tries to be there for Billy and Billy is there for her once in a while because there is affection between them but their lives took separate paths after their childhood. All in all there is a great bond between them but they are not 2gether all the time, jus once in a while, Making it all okay...

  General Comment:the tune to this is kinda like My Mistake, but it's totally different as this song is so effortless. it doesn't even sound like he's singing most of the time, just growling...and the drums are wonderfully erratic. i think the message is relatively straight forward. anyways, that's what i think...
