Lyrics for Call Me as interpreted by magicnudiesuit

Call Me Lyrics
Colour me your colour, baby
Colour me your car
Colour me your colour, darling
I know who you are
Come up off your colour chart
I know where you're coming from
Call me on the line
Call me call me any anytime
Call me in my life
You can call me any day or night
Call me
Cover me with kisses, baby
Cover me with love
Roll me in designer sheets
I'll never get enough
Emotions come I don't know why
Cover up love's alibi
Call me on the line
Call me call me any anytime
Call me oh my love
When you're ready we can share the wine
Call me
Ooh, he speaks the languages of love
Ooh, amore, chiamami chiamami.
Oo, appelle-moi mon cherie, appelle-moi
Anytime anyplace anywhere anyway
Anytime anyplace anywhere any day, anyway
Call me my love
Call me call me any anytime
Call me for a ride
Call me call me for some overtime
Call me my love
Call me call me in a sweet design
Call me call me for your lover's lover's alibi
Call me on the line
Call me call me any anytime
Call me
Oh, call me, ooh ooh ah.
Call me my love.
Call me, call me any anytime.

Well, on the other hand, it was the theme to 'American Gigolo', so maybe it should be call girl ... or 'Call Me' girl.

yes maybe the right way to go there is if you turn your head in 5 different ways and shit on your mom's mouse-pad but if you have the time or if you care enough to think it twice like i did you will find out that the real way is in your car

OMG this is BLONDIE!!!! There are hardly any posts for her. She is practicly a legend, and i am hardly old enough to know that! This song is so catchy, and no matter what its about, a good song.

Brilliantly catchy song from the legendary new wave/punk act Blondie. Check out their album 'Parallel Lines'; groundbreakingly brilliant.

The song is loosely about the theme of American Gigolo, in which the gigolo played by Richard Gere is accused of murder, and his, uh, "client," a wealthy, older high society woman played by Lauren Hutton, gives him an alibi at the cost of her reputation because she is in love with him.

It is based on the film "American Gigolo" and is written from his point of view, mostly...the client can call him anytime for his "service". The reference to sharing the wine - there is a scene in the film where he opens a bottle of wine for a rich, older client. He then falls in love with another client (emotions come) and she gives him an alibi for a murder he did not commit ("love's alibi").

The rest of it refers to his skill in languages..in the film the character speaks Swedish and French.
