Ziggy is likely inspired by numerous influences<br /> <br /> But the character is mostly autobiographical<br /> <br /> -Bowie was left handed. <br /> -Bowie had a snow white tan. <br /> -Bowie played guitar among other instruments. <br /> -Bowie abused drugs. <br /> -"Screwed up Eyes"-Bowie's lost color in the pupil of one eye. <br /> -"Screwed down hair...like a cat from Japan"-Bowie's Kubuki Theater influenced look.
