    General Comment:The narrator had an emotional attachment to someone who has wronged him, and now he has a strong urge to take out his pain on them, but would just as soon have them and whatever they did out of his life entirely. His emotions are dragging him around on this, not letting him let go, hurting him and leading him to thoughts of sharing his pain with this former friend, but he knows that the only that will help is if the feelings just go away, but they won't.

    I don't know the original song but when I heard that the Offspring's verson is a parody, I thought of the trying-to-forget line having to be "Trying to forget my feelings of love" in the original, and I was right!

    General Comment:to me this is a emo person trying to say he is hard or he is trying not to be a panzy and is like feeling i wanna kill you lol... j/k i don't know what to think of this song it was one of my fav when i first got the cd when i came out... matrix came out the same yr and i made friends with some old friends that yr and i saw his sister undressing in her room.... ever since then i love the boobies lol
