Maybe one breath away
I'll find the words to say
I'll sit and light the bong
I'll hold my hit in real long
I don't know if I can go up inside of you tonite
Oh Mary baby, please don't fuss and fight
You've heard the line before
Mary, baby, please don't think I'm a whore
If you come home with me
Turn off the lights lock up the door and start gettin' busy
I don't know if I can go so far up inside you tonite
Mary, baby, I could do it right
When we got to her pad
Mary, baby, started callin' me her dad
As she gave me head
We could not find the damn bed
Fifteen years old plus one
Hotter than a microwave oven
Mary, baby, daddy is comin' home
I'll find the words to say
I'll sit and light the bong
I'll hold my hit in real long
I don't know if I can go up inside of you tonite
Oh Mary baby, please don't fuss and fight
You've heard the line before
Mary, baby, please don't think I'm a whore
If you come home with me
Turn off the lights lock up the door and start gettin' busy
I don't know if I can go so far up inside you tonite
Mary, baby, I could do it right
When we got to her pad
Mary, baby, started callin' me her dad
As she gave me head
We could not find the damn bed
Fifteen years old plus one
Hotter than a microwave oven
Mary, baby, daddy is comin' home

Baby one breath away
I'll find the words to say
I'll sit and light the bong
I'll hold my hit in real long
Baby one breath away, could mean that his baby is one breath away thus further relating to our beloved marijuanna, or does he mean, his baby is one breath away breath as in words? Ah, hell find the words to say, so maybe he is talking about speaking? Then he goes into talking about pot. The way he mentions pot in this first four lines sounds like hes so sad about it, not just the way the actual song sounds but the way he words it; as in yeah you know im going to sit and light the bong, and of course inevitably the hit will be held in real long. But fuck, what do i know?
I don't know if I can
Go up inside of you tonight
Oh Mary baby please don't fuss and fight
Obviously, this looks like its talking about sex. But it kinda looks like Mary's being asked with sympathjy please not to fuss and fight with him about his mentioned inability to "go up inside" of her.
You've heard the line before
Mary baby please don't think that I'm a whore
If you come home to me turn off the lights and lock up the doors, and start getting busy
What line has she heard before? Apparently one that he feels the need to try to clear up his non-whoreness about. But while asking not to think hes a whore, he then asks her when she gets home to setttle the house down and then to come in and laid him.
I don't know if I can
Go so far up inside you tonight
Oh Mary baby I could do it right
But its confusing as FUCK! cause after asking to get busy hes saying that he doesnt know if he can, which makes it appear as if the inability isn't some kind of moral choice inabuility, but as in an actual inability, but once concluding that he then says how he could do it right, which starts the same track of mind all over again
When we got to the pad
Mary baby started calling me her dad
Yes, she gave me head
We could not find a damn bed
Fifteen years old plus one
Hotter than a microwave oven
Oh Mary baby, your daddy is coming home
Now, back to the home thing, which when previously mentioned included her "getting busy" as in fucking him
but now instead of saying that hes saying she started calling him her dad, which i have heard some people do, some couples have the female refering to the male as some kind of dominant thing as in "dad", its not neccessarily an incest thing
and then she started calling him dad seems like a way of saying she started sexually, either she got all turned on and shit, or she was asking him for sex, or soemthing as in her trying to instigate sexuality between the two, it further goes on to say the both could not find a bed, so they were both doing something in need of a bed...sex,
he never says who the age is referring too
but he also never says what he is calling hot, im sure he could be refering to himself with the age, but it seems teh age and hot reference are at the same person since they are both simultaneous and not aimed at anyone, i am sure he wouldnt call himself hot, so the age and hotness must belong to the girl
and he ends with daddys coming home
so i suppose after the girl tried instigating sex with calling bradley her dad, he eventuially went with it
this is very rambly, and innacurate, and i just went through everything and tried to explain it how i interpretted it at the moment, who knows
ill probably delete this after realizing how stupid it is
